1. 14-day money-back guarantee
New Premium and Premium+ subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase for any reason. Refunds requested within this window are issued in full, no questions asked.
2. After the 14-day window
After the first 14 days, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if:
- You were charged after cancelling, due to a technical issue on our side
- The service was substantially unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle
- You were charged twice for the same billing period (duplicate charges are always refunded)
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings inside the app or web dashboard, or by visiting the customer portal link in any of our billing emails. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund. If you also want a refund for the current period (within the 14-day window), please contact us using the details below.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at devmusman07@gmail.com with:
- The email address on your BiteCoach account
- The approximate date of the charge
- The reason for the refund (helps us improve, but optional)
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by our payment provider (Paddle) and usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Refunds processed through Paddle
BiteCoach uses Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refund processing on our behalf. When you contact us for a refund, we approve and instruct Paddle to issue it. You may also contact Paddle directly via the receipt email they sent you, but the fastest path is to reach us first so we can authorise the refund immediately.
6. Free trial
If your subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you forget to cancel and are charged, the 14-day refund window above still applies — just email us.
7. App store purchases
If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds must be requested through those stores' refund processes directly — we have no ability to refund those charges. Use reportaproblem.apple.com for iOS or Google Play refunds for Android.
